The Heart Behind Stepping Stones
Stepping Stones is a holistic therapy space dedicated to clearing and balancing negative emotions to promote chakra alignment. I support balance and wellbeing on all four levels: mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. In each session, we connect with your higher self to improve intuition, mental clarity and raise your vibration so you can welcome more positivity into your life. We are all energy and light. Here, you’ll learn to live in a better state, give thanks to the universe for all that you are, and feel more grounded and aligned. I also incorporate crystals and angel cards into my Reiki sessions when guided, depending on what you are seeking and what your soul needs in that moment.
